1. The Government of Republic of Moldova has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Land Registration and Property Valuation Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Cadastral Works in the North-Center of Moldova.
2. The Public Services Agency now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of Cadastral Works in the North-Center of Moldova
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - dated July 2016, revised November 2017 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

5. The bidding document in English language may be obtained by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the e-mail below. The bidding document will be sent by e-mail.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 23, 2022, 11.00 AM Chisinau time. Electronic Bidding will be permitted (through e-mail). Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened (according with instructions mentioned in BDS) and recorded using the online conferencing tool proposed by the Employer (Zoom) on February 23, 2022, 11.00 AM Chisinau time.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
